As the leading audio-visual (AV) production company in the region, we were tasked with providing a comprehensive range of services to ensure that the event was a huge success.<br><br>At the event, our team took charge of all things AV-related. We began by designing and constructing a custom set that perfectly encapsulated the essence of the occasion, whilst also providing an attractive visual backdrop for the speakers and presenters. We were mindful that the conference room was small, so our set had to be designed to fit seamlessly within the space and not be too overpowering.<br><br>Our team of experienced engineers designed and implemented sound and lighting solutions for the event.<br>The visual aspect of the event was also crucial, and we provided a range of vision services, including cameras, video feeds, and projection screens. This allowed attendees to see every detail of the presentations and ensured that those who couldn\u2019t attend in person could still enjoy the event via live streaming.<br><br>Overall, our collaboration with the Emerging Tech Fest, Wales was a huge success, and we were honoured to have been a part of it.
