We support a full spectrum of events from live music, theatre and conference talks to keynote speeches and festivals. Whether it’s equipment dry hire or a full production team, we provide support to suit events of any type.

Do you provide both sound and lighting, or can I hire just one service?

Pivotal offers a complete AV set up, thats sound, lighting, full production and displaying your brand in a fantastic way. You can also hire individual elements separately, or let us handle it all.

Can you design a full production package for my event?

Absolutely. Our team can support you from the very beginning of your project to make sure that the complete event from start to finish is planned out and delivered exactly as you want it to be.

Do you work with outdoor as well as indoor venues?

We’re fully equipped for both indoor and outdoor events. The team at Pivotal will supply the most suitable kit for your event, to ensure the best performance on event day.

Do you provide technicians to operate the equipment, or is it hire only?

We’ve got some really experienced technicians at Pivotal, who you can hire as well as the equipment, or offer you training at our warehouse before your dry hire.

What equipment is available for dry hire?

Our hire stock covers everything you need; professional audio systems, intelligent lighting, staging, set pieces, AV solutions, and power distribution. Whether you need a single microphone or a full stage setup, we’ve got you covered.

Do you deliver and collect the equipment, or is it collection only?

We offer flexible options. Equipment can be delivered and collected by our team nationwide, shipped via courier, or collected directly from our Wrexham facility.

Is training provided if I dry hire equipment?

Yes. We can provide training at our Wrexham warehouse on collection. Or, you can book one of our skilled technicians to provide on-site support during your event.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during hire?

Things happen, we understand that and have a full list of terms and conditions to go with any hire agreement.

Do you do site visits before the event?

For larger or more complex events, a site visit is often recommended. This allows us to assess the space, plan logistics, and ensure a seamless setup and performance.

Do you provide staging, rigging, or power distribution as well?

Yes, we provide complete event infrastructure, including staging, truss and rigging systems, power distribution, and set elements. All designed to integrate seamlessly with your production.

How much setup time do you usually need?

Setup times vary depending on the scale and complexity of your event. Once we know the details, we’ll be able to offer a more detailed timeline.

Can you work with other suppliers or integrate with existing venue equipment?

Definitely. We regularly collaborate with venues, production partners, and in-house teams. Whether we’re complementing existing systems or providing additional expertise, we’ll ensure smooth integration across all suppliers.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better. Early planning helps secure the best equipment and technical team for your event. However, we can also accommodate short notice projects where possible.

Do you offer package deals for multiple services?

Yes. Following an initial consultation, we’ll design a bespoke package that brings together the right combination of sound, lighting, staging, and technical support, tailored to your event and budget.
