Pivotal Sound & Lighting was proud to collaborate with the Emerging Tech Fest, Wales in 2018 for their Wrexham show held at the Catrin Finch Centre on the University campus. As the leading audio-visual (AV) production company in the region, we were tasked with providing a comprehensive range of services to ensure that the event was a huge success.

At the event, our team took charge of all things AV-related. We began by designing and constructing a custom set that perfectly encapsulated the essence of the occasion, whilst also providing an attractive visual backdrop for the speakers and presenters. We were mindful that the conference room was small, so our set had to be designed to fit seamlessly within the space and not be too overpowering.

Our team of experienced engineers designed and implemented sound and lighting solutions for the event.

The visual aspect of the event was also crucial, and we provided a range of vision services, including cameras, video feeds, and projection screens. This allowed attendees to see every detail of the presentations and ensured that those who couldn’t attend in person could still enjoy the event via live streaming.
